How To Successfully Use the Password Management Tool, and
Access Your MyNSCC, and NSCC Webmail Accounts

1. An e-mail will be sent to your alternate e-mail address by the NSCC upon your first enrollment with a College course. It contains the necessary username (W1234567) and temporary password (N$123456).

2. Go to the Password Management Tool to "activate" your access to Webmail and MyNSCC accounts.

3. You must complete the Change Password function on the Password Management Tool (4th option in the list.).

4. Upon successful completion of this function, you can exit that page and use the Webmail or MyNSCC login links on the top right of the Password Management Tool page.

   Note: This is your username and password for MyNSCC and Webmail only.
   It may take up to 1 hour before your Webmail and MyNSCC accounts become active.

• Check your college e-mail for correspondence.
• Check your information on MyNSCC.
